Mat Pilates
An experience that blends the original exercises Joseph Pilates created back in the early 20th century with modern day modifications and variations. Turn the focus toward the deep, internal muscles that support your posture, core strength and balance to strengthen your body.

Dance Barre Fusion
A total body workout combining dance cardio intervals with floor barre strength techniques. We move and groove to the beat of the music with the focus and mindfulness of Pilates but also with the FUN of a dance cardio class. Come dance you way through building strength, balance, power, and flexibility.

Release!
A guided self-myofascial release​ (self-massage) class designed to help you get out and stay out of chronic pain. Multiple release techniques are utilized including MELT, The Roll Model Method, and Body by Breath. Specially designed theraypy balls and rollers are used to rehydrate the connective tissue system and rebalance the nervous system.
