On Day 5, you’ll restore hydration and reduce stuck stress in your quads, hips, and low back with a quickie 10-minute lower body sequence. Perform this video as a standalone treatment or combine it with the Day 2 map to create body-wide results. You can practice this sequence with a rolled-up towel or yoga mat–whichever tool works best for you. Pro tip: Always perform your Rest Assess before and after this sequence to notice the body-wide changes you created.
